Profile:
Tino studied biochemistry at the University of Leipzig and then joined Dirk Görlich's group at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen where he earned his MSc and PhD. In the Görlich lab Tino developed a pipeline for rapid discovery and purification of nanobodies in collaboration with his on-site herd of alpacas. Tino joined the Voorhees lab in October 2017, where he is studying membrane protein quality control with the support of a German Research Foundation fellowship.
